Leg Up Legal Mentoring Program Registration

Fill out this Registration Form to register as a mentor.

After you register, you will receive an email with your login information to log into our Mentor Portal.

Please complete the Mentor Orientation and join our platform via the web platform or mobile app using the links and invite code provided in the orientation.

Once you join our online mentoring platform, please complete your profile and then you will be ready to match with mentees!
